General Information:
We are arranging vendors to set up and sell merchandise at The Hunt House. Music will be provided by Rumpke Mountain Boys, Old Dirty Bathtub, Migrant Worker & Tyler Grant! This event will be held outdoors in the Hunt House Gardens, it's a beautiful shaded area. All booth spaces are 10’ x 12’. Vendors will have access to electricity, if needed. Vendors are responsible for all equipment needed for their setup including: extension cords, lights, tents, tables, weights etc. All tents must be weighted. NO STAKING ALLOWED..
Note: We will be hand selecting a small group of vendors (5-10) based on the quality of their products and the overall appearance of their booths. NO application fee is required, this event is invitation only for the vendors.
Expected attendance is 300-500, this is a fun loving crowd who are music minded and embrace a "hippie culture" come ready to make friends, be engaging and we strongly encourage vendors to share the event as much as possible and help us promote...
Event is rain or shine & vendor fee is non refundable.
Vendors will receive a meal voucher and have access to cold water & tea, a full menu & alcohol is also available for purchase on site... Vendors are not allowed to sell food or drinks.
Load-In/Load-Out:
Load-In on Saturday, June 15th 2019: Anytime between 12:00 pm and 3:00 pm (must be set up by 4pm). Upon arrival, proceed to the unloading area near the Ballroom and locate a volunteer to find your vendor space. All spaces are first come first serve, but there truly are no "bad spots" all vendors will be in the same area and visible for the crowd. The lane of traffic where the load in/out takes place can become congested especially during load out. Therefore, we depend upon artists’ cooperation to keep traffic moving at a smooth pace. We ask that upon arrival at the unloading location, you unpack then move your vehicle, before you start set-up. Artists will be responsible for hand carting in and setting up their merchandise.
We recommend bringing a dolly or wagon to load in your merchandise.
Rain or Shine:
There will be no “rain date” and fees will not be refunded in the case of inclement weather. The event will take place rain or shine.
Displays should not obstruct patron flow. Assigned booth spaces are approximately 10’ deep and 12’ wide. Please note that the vendor area is just outside the Hunt House stage on the grassy area. This area is used by the venue for weddings and other events, we ask that you please be respectful of the property and cause NO unnecessary or excessive destruction of the grass and surrounding area. The spaces are great spots to get good photos of your booths and are very roomy allowing you space to move about. Music can be heard and seen from the vendor area. All work exhibited must be confined to the assigned space(s). Artists are responsible for providing their own means of displaying their work. All artist tents must be weighted with a minimum of 40 pounds.
