The Hunt House Spring Fling 2019

General Information:

We are arranging vendors to set up and sell merchandise at The Hunt House.  Music will be provided by VooDoo Visionary, Donna Hopkins Band and Brad Parsons & Starbird. This event will be held outdoors at the Hunt House in a beautiful shaded area.  All booth spaces are 10’ x 12’.  Vendors will have access to electricity, if needed. Vendors are responsible for all equipment needed for their setup including: extension cords, tents, tables, weights etc.  All tents must be weighted.  NO STAKING ALLOWED..  


Note: We will be hand selecting a small group of vendors based on the quality of their products and the overall appearance of their booths. NO application fee is required, this event is invitation only for the vendors.

Expected attendance is 200-300. We strongly encourage vendors to share the event as much as possible and help us promote...

Vendors will have access to cold water & light refreshments. Food & alcohol is also available for purchase on site... Vendors are not allowed to sell food or drinks.


Load-In/Load-Out: 

Load-In on Saturday, April 6th 2019:  Anytime between noon and 3pm (must be set up by 3pm). Upon arrival, Vendors will be directed to the unloading area and their assigned vendor space.  Artists will be able to unload near their booth during set-up and tear down. Artists can load-in only during the designated times and must check-in with a coordinator. The lane of traffic where the festival takes place is only wide enough for one vehicle. Therefore, we depend upon artists’ cooperation to keep traffic moving at a pace that will allow everyone equal time to set-up. We ask that upon arrival at the unloading location, you unpack then move your vehicle, before you start set-up. Artists will be responsible for hand carting in and setting up their merchandise.

 We recommend bringing a dolly or wagon to load in your merchandise.   


Rain or Shine:

There will be no “rain date” and fees will not be refunded in the case of inclement weather.  The event will take place rain or shine.

Displays should not obstruct patron flow.  Assigned booth spaces are approximately 10’ deep and 12’ wide.  Please note that the vendor area is just outside the Hunt House on the gravel with some areas that are not level.  All work exhibited must be confined to the assigned space(s). Artists are responsible for providing their own means of displaying their work.  All artist tents must be weighted with a minimum of 40 pounds.
